Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept eligible, non-custom items for return within 10 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including box and pouch
- Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or custom pieces are final sale
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

How to Make a Return
- Email us at pinto jewelry.inc@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Securely package the item in its original box and protective packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
Once received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Pinto Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Orders are processed promptly. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Crafted in solid 14K gold and selected materials, our jewelry is designed to be worn and cherished for years to come.
Should your piece ever require repair, resizing, or restoration, we are pleased to offer continued care.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the request
- Clear photos of the piece
All service requests are reviewed individually. Repair and resizing services are quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the work required.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for securely sending your piece to us.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with service requests. Pinto Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
